PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioabsorbable composite hollow particle in which only the surface of a hollow particle made of a bioabsorbable polymer is adsorbed with inorganic particles, and also to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A mixed solution containing a hydrophobic solution made by dissolving the bioabsorbable polymer within a hydrophobic solvent at a concentration of &ge；5 wt.%, the inorganic particles and a hydrophilic solution is agitated by a homogenizer at a speed of 3.8 m/s to obtain a Pickering emulsion. By removing the hydrophobic solvent from the Pickering emulsion, the bioabsorbable composite hollow particles are produced in which only the surface of the hollow particle made of the bioabsorbable polymer is adsorbed with the inorganic particles.【課題】本発明の目的は、生体吸収性高分子からなる中空粒子の表面のみに無機粒子が吸着した生体吸収性複合中空粒子、及びその製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】疎水性溶媒中に生体吸収性高分子を５重量％以上の濃度で溶解させた疎水性溶液、無機粒子、及び親水性溶液を含む混合液に対して、ホモジナイザーを用いて３．８ｍ／ｓ以上の速度で撹拌してピッカリングエマルジョンを形成させた後に、当該ピッカリングエマルジョンから疎水性溶媒を除去することにより、生体吸収性高分子からなる中空粒子の表面のみに無機粒子が吸着した生体吸収性複合中空粒子が製造できる。【選択図】なし
