The apparatus comprises a bracket, three lifting devices matched with three parts of Cun, Guan, and Chi of the human body being mounted on the bracket, each lifting device comprising an electric motor vertically fixed on an upper portion of the bracket, a screw being fixed at a lower end of a spindle of the electric motor, a sleeve being connected to screw threads at a lower portion of the screw, the sleeve being mounted at a lower portion of the bracket and only capable of sliding up and down relative to the bracket, and a pressure sensor being fixed at a lower end of the sleeve a fixing component for constraining the apparatus on the three parts of Cun, Guan, and Chi of the human body and a control circuit board for controlling the pressure sensor to collect pulse signals under different pressures.
