The device for supplying water and nutritional supplements to a tree of the present invention comprises: a container including an inlet which is installed in the support for supporting the stem of the tree and flows water in, and a space for fresh water, in which the water entering through the inlet is stored and a discharging means installed in the container so as to discharge the water stored in the container to the ground.
