The invention relates to a flavored low-salt condiment with improved organoleptic properties for a healthier diet. The low-sodium condiment comprises, or consists essentially of, a mixture of sodium chloride (salt), hydrated calcium sulphate (CaSO4 * 2H2O), and optionally hydrous magnesium sulphate (MgSO4 * 7H2O), combined with at least one compound aromatic organic. The invention also relates to the use of the condiment in the food industry, a food flavoring process using said condiment and a method of manufacturing said condiment. L'invention porte sur un condiment hyposodé aromatisé aux propriétés organoleptiques améliorées permettant une alimentation plus saine. Le condiment hyposodé comprend, ou consiste essentiellement en, un mélange de chlorure de sodium (sel), de sulfate de calcium hydraté (CaSO4*2H2O), et éventuellement de sulfate de magnésium hydraté (MgSO4*7H2O), associé à au moins un composé organique aromatique. L'invention porte également sur l'utilisation du condiment dans l'industrie alimentaire, un procédé d'aromatisation d'aliments utilisant ledit condiment et un procédé de fabrication dudit condiment.
