PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal capture device that facilitates collecting new catches from outside, is capable of accommodating catches in a high density, and has high capturing efficiency.SOLUTION: An animal capture device includes a capture part 10, a separation part 20, and an automatic feeding unit 30. The capture part 10 includes a capture chamber 11 and an entering port 12 for a red swamp crawfish. The capture chamber 11 has light transmissivity and can accommodate a red swamp crawfish. The entering port 12 allows a red swamp crawfish to enter into the capture chamber 11 from outside and inhibits its escape to the outside. The separation part 20 includes an accommodation chamber 21 and an accommodation port 22 for a red swamp crawfish. The accommodation chamber 21 has light transmissivity and can accommodate a red swamp crawfish. The accommodation chamber 21 is positioned below and adjacent to the capture chamber 11. The accommodation port 22 allows a red swamp crawfish to enter from the capture chamber 11 into the accommodation chamber 21 and inhibits its retreat to the capture chamber 11.
