PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which samples gas generated from a gas generation source while preventing external gas from coming to be mixed therein.SOLUTION: A gas sampling device has a sampling container which samples gas released from a portion of a specimen contained therein in a state where only the portion of the specimen is contained in the container through a reception port while the other portion of the specimen is not contained in the container.
