PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber stacker which permits stacked fibers in an integration concavity of a rotary drum to be smoothly released without causing transfer failure and permits a compact having a desired shape to be efficiently manufactured.SOLUTION: The rotary drum 1 of the fiber stacker 10 has the integration concavity 2 on the perimetrical surface, and has a drum body 3 and a gas-permeable opening member 4 forming the bottom surface 2A of the integration concavity 2. A molding member 6 having a gas-impermeable concavity demarcation portion 60 demarcating the integration concavity 2 into a plurality of areas in the peripheral direction and the width direction X of the rotary drum 1 is arranged on the bottom surface 2A of the integration concavity 2, superposedly on the opening member 4.
