SYSTEM FOR PLACING PERISHABLE OR HEAT-SENSITIVE FOODSTUFFS UNDER A CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE, IN PARTICULAR FOR TRANSPORTING AND STORING THESE FOODSTUFFS ON PALLETS
A system for placing perishable or heat-sensitive foodstuffs (3) under a controlled atmosphere, in particular for transporting and storing these foodstuffs on pallets (2), comprising an airtight casing (1) surrounding and enclosing said foodstuffs, enclosing or not enclosing a pallet on which the foodstuffs can be placed, which system comprises the following elements: - a means for introducing (9) a gas or gaseous mixture into the casing in order to produce the desired controlled atmosphere； - a means (7) for extracting the gas and especially gaseous CO2 from the inside to the outside of the casing； - a means (8) for extracting air from the inside to the outside of the casing in order to enable the egress of air from the inside as the gas or gaseous mixture is injected； characterized in that the casing (1) is isothermal and in that the system comprises a means for supplying (5) a cryogenic fluid, for example dry ice, making it possible to maintain the temperature of said foodstuffs within a desired range.Un système permettant la mise sous atmosphère contrôlée de denrées (3) périssables ou thermosensibles,notammentpour le transport et le stockage de ces denrées sur des palettes (2), comprenant une enveloppe (1) étanche à l'air, entourant et enfermant les dites denrées,enfermantou non une palette sur laquelle peuvent reposer es denrées,système comprenant les éléments suivants: -un moyen d'introduction (9) d'un gaz ou mélange gazeux dans l'enveloppe pour réaliser l'atmosphère contrôlée recherchée； -un moyen (7) d'extraction du gaz et notamment du CO2 gazeux depuis l'intérieur vers l'extérieur de l'enveloppe； -un moyen (8) d'extraction d'air depuis l'intérieur vers l'extérieur de l'enveloppe pour permettre la sortie d'air depuis l'intérieur au fur et à mesure que le gaz ou mélange gazeux est injecté； se caractérisant en ce que l'enveloppe (1) est isotherme et en ce que le système comprend un moyen d'amenée (5)d'un fluide cryogénique,par exemple de la neige carbonique,pe
