In the present invention, a manufacturing method of the stabilized retinyl palmitate composition comprises the steps of mixing 1 part by weight of retinyl palmitate with 1 part by weight of cyclodextrin or 1 part by weight of retinyl palmitate with 2 parts by weight of cyclodextrin； and mixing 10-50 parts by weight of the mixture solution, 10-20 parts by weight of phosphatidylcholine, 5-20 parts by weight of glycerin, 5-20 parts by weight of medium chain triglyceride with 10-50 parts by weight of water.본 발명은 사이클로덱스트린과 레티닐팔미테이트를 혼합하여 안정화시킴으로써, 빛과 열에 뛰어난 안정성을 갖는 레티닐팔미테이트 안정화 조성물에 관한 것이다.
