PURPOSE: A cleanser using oil composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance anti-oxidant activity of skin and immunity power, thereby protecting skin. CONSTITUTION: A cleanser comprises 3.25-8.5 parts by weight of oil composition using olive oil, 0.15-1.1 parts by weight of glycerin, 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of ethanol, 1-2 parts by weight of extract of herbal medicine, and 0.005-0.25 parts by weight of Xanthium strumarium L. The Herbal medicine extract comprises red ginseng extract, camellia oil, aloe extract, and retinol.
