Andererseits steht durch die Verwendung mehrerer Gewindegänge eine hohe Oberfläche für das Anwachsen des Sehnengewebes am Sehnenanker zur Verfügung, wodurch die Fixierung der Sehne verbessert und die RotationsStabilität erhöht wird.
