Composition and associated delivery device for hydrogen therapy. The invention relates to the field of hydrogen therapy and more particularly to a composition 10 comprising: at least one clean hydride 11 intended to dissolve in contact with an aqueous medium and thus to release dihydrogen, and at least one formulation agent 12 of said at least one hydride 11, the formulation agent 12 being configured to degrade in at least one physiological condition observable in the human or animal body, so as to release said at least one hydride 11. Thus, the composition allows, by degradation of the formulation agent and dissolution of the hydride, to release dihydrogen in dissolved form in at least one targeted part of the human or animal body. L’invention concerne le domaine de l’hydrogénothérapie et plus particulièrement une composition 10 comprenant : au moins un hydrure 11 propre et destiné à se dissoudre au contact d’un milieu aqueux et à libérer ainsi du dihydrogène, et au moins un agent de formulation 12 dudit au moins un hydrure 11, l’agent de formulation 12 étant configuré pour se dégrader dans au moins une condition physiologique observable dans le corps humain ou animal, de sorte à libérer ledit au moins un hydrure 11. Ainsi, la composition permet, par dégradation de l’agent de formulation et dissolution de l’hydrure, de libérer du dihydrogène sous forme dissoute dans au moins une partie ciblée du corps humain ou animal.
