PURPOSE: An antibacterial formulation containing Vagococcus sp. VK24 with antibacterial function is provided to be used in an antibacterial agent and disinfectant. CONSTITUTION: A Vagococcus sp. strain VK24(KACC 91603P) is isolated from fish gastrointestinal tract and has bacteriosin productivity. An antibacterial formation contains the strain or bacteriosin prepared from the strain. The strain has excellent antibacterial activity in 0-1.76 wt% of salt. The bacteriosin suppresses the growth of Listonella anguillarum causing fish disease.본 발명은 항균활성을 갖는 바고코커스 속(Vagococcus sp.) VK24 균주및 이를 포함하는 항균물질 제제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 바고코커스 속 VK24 균주 또는 이로부터 생산된 박테리오신을 포함하는 제제는 항균활성을 갖는 항균물질 제제, 특히 해수 또는 담수 어류 및 일반 가축 사료에 첨가되는 항균활성제로서 뿐만 아니라 식품 방부제 또는 화장품 및 기타 항균 소독제로서 미생물 유래의 농약 및 가축의 우리 소독제로서 적용될 수 있어 당분야에서 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
