The bacteriosin has thermal stability.본 발명은 항균활성을 갖는 에어로코커스 속(Aerococcus sp.) 균주 LK7 및 이를 포함하는 항균물질 제제에 관한 것으로, 어류의 위장관내에서 분리되고, 박테리오신 생산능을 가지며, 항균활성을 갖는 에어로코커스 속 균주 LK7을 포함하는 제제는 항균활성을 갖는 항균물질 제제, 특히 어류 및 가축 사료에 첨가되는 항균활성제로서 당분야에서 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
