PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor-outdoor dual purpose wheelchair which is easily disassembled and combined for outdoor use and indoor use while mounting a patient.SOLUTION: By disassembling a wheelchair used outdoors, only width of the wheelchair and a total length remain to simply be defined by a seat part, so that it is used in a narrow corridor indoors and in a room. Moreover, the wheelchair directly enters a toilet and a shower room and, by removing a seat cushion, allows the patient to stop in a position to attain his/her purposes. By gripping and rotating a hand-operated knob 5, self-propelling forward and backward can be performed. Since casters 6 used also as front wheels of a wheelchair used outdoors are used at the same time, turning right and turning left are performed by operating the knob.
