The present invention relates to an implant attachment and a denture supported thereby. According to the implant attachment of the present invention, a connection portion is formed of a metal having magnetic properties to enhance a magnetic combination with the denture. In addition, according to the denture of the present invention, a magnet is embedded in a fixation portion to allow a combination with the implant attachment to be easily performed. The implant attachment and the denture according to the present invention allow surfaces of the connection portion and the fixation portion to be coated with a soft material.
