The present invention relates to an anti-TNFα/anti-IL-17A natural antibody structure-like heterodimeric bispecific antibody, and a method of preparing the same. Specifically, the invention provides a highly stable heterodimeric anti-TNFα/anti-IL-17A bispecific antibody having the characteristics of a natural IgG and having no mismatched heavy and light chains, and a method of preparing the same. The bispecific antibody is capable of simultaneously binding to both of two kinds of target molecules, and is thus more effective in treating complex diseases.本發明涉及抗TNFα/抗IL-17A天然抗體結構樣異源二聚體形式雙特異抗體及其製備。具體而言，本發明提供了一種具有天然IgG特點、並且沒有重輕鏈錯配的高度穩定的異源二聚體形式的抗TNFα/抗IL-17A雙特異抗體及其製備方法。該雙特異抗體能同時結合兩種靶分子並且在治療複雜疾病方面會更有效。
