PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of massaging a surface side of a body appropriately according to a body type.SOLUTION: The massage machine includes: body support parts 2-4 supporting a user's body from a back side: treatment means 11 capable of being positioned on the surface side of the body and massaging the surface side of the body； and position adjustment means 22 capable of executing change of a position of the treatment means 11 in a thickness direction and capable of causing the position in a height direction or a right/left direction before the change to generally coincide with the position after the change.
