This invention relates to an environment-controlled cultivation method for antrodia cinnamomea for enhancing transformation of antrodia cinnamomea growth characteristics as the main direction of the present implementation method. First, basswood surface is cleaned and brushed away from bacteria, followed by bacterial colonization. The sterilization bag is then removed after six months of bacterial colonization, and then the passwood is moved to the rack for placement, during which humidity and light needs to be controlled. Cinnamomum kanehirae essence oil is periodically added to the water supply machine for atomizing water, three mist spray periods are set every day and each period lasts ten minutes to maintain certain moisture content of the passwood. Finally, an automated environment control system is used to provide temperatures of 28 and 32 DEG C for daytime and nighttime respectively to create temperature difference without causing hibernation or death of the fruiting body as an excellent stimulation source. After 18 to 24 months of bacterial colonization, the fruiting body is harvested depending on the growth conditions. The implementation method of this invention employs artificial cultivation in a natural way such that the activity of the antrodia cinnamomea strain can be enhanced in a standardized, mass production and process-simplified way for human cultivation, thereby effectively reducing time costs, manpower operation costs, and expenditures from equipment and large space. It can be used by associated industries and possesses novelty and inventiveness.本發明係有關於牛樟芝環控培育方法,以加強利用牛樟芝生長特性的轉變,為本實施方法的主要導向。首先,將椴木表面清洗與刷除雜菌髒汙後,則進行殖菌作業;從殖菌時間算起,滿六個月後則開始拆除滅菌袋,挪入架上擺放,須注意溼度及光線;定期於水分子造霧供水主機添加牛樟木精油,每天設定三個時段噴灑霧氣,一次噴灑10分鐘,保持椴木有一定的含水率;最後,以自動化環控系統,提供攝氏二十八至三十二度為區間,在白天設定三十二度、夜晚二十八度來製造環境溫差,而又不至令子實體進入冬眠或死亡,同時也是一種良好刺激源,待殖菌時間算起,經過18至24個月後,則可視子實體生長情況採收。本實施方式主要以天然方式人工培育,進而將牛樟芝菌種活性強化提升,成為標準化、量產化、流程簡化的接種人工培育方式,有效達成降低時間成本、人力作業成本、設備與大型空間等相關費用支出,可為相關產業廣為利用,極具有新穎性與創造性。
