PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope objective lens which allows for switching focus between a far object and near object, is wide-angle and well corrected for various aberrations including magnification chromatic aberration, and is capable of maintaining high resolving power, and to provide an endoscope having the same.SOLUTION: An endoscope objective lens practically comprises, in order from the object side； a negative first lens L1 having a concave surface on the image side； a first cemented lens CE1 comprising, in order from the object side, a second lens L2 and third lens L3 having refractive power of opposite sign cemented together； an aperture stop St； a positive fourth lens L4 having a convex surface of the image side； and a second cemented lens CE2 comprising, in order from the object side, a positive fifth lens L5 and negative sixth lens L6 cemented together and having a cemented surface that is convex on the image side. Only the second cemented lens CE2 is moved for adjusting focus from a farthest object to a closet object.
