PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible culture fish preserve capable of holding the shape of a fish preserve frame, allowing fish preserve frame members to be easily connected with one another by elastic joints, and capable of being used in an oceanic area for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A plurality of high-rigidity tubular fish preserve frame members with flanges at both ends are connected with one another by elastic joints. Each elastic joint includes: an elastic body made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin or the mixture thereof which is disposed between flanges of two fish preserve frame members and which has first and second surfaces to be brought into contact with the flanges to be extended/contracted to absorb the force applied to the fish preserve frame first attaching members and second attaching members a plurality of which are disposed in each elastic body to fix the elastic body to the surface of the two flanges in the whole circumferential direction, one of which is integrally buried in the elastic body to extend the elastic body when the force is applied in the pulling direction and the other of which projects from the first and second surfaces to penetrate the flanges to fix the elastic body with fixing members and connection members for connecting the first and second attaching members in such a way as movable within the elastic body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 柔軟でありながらいけす枠の形状の保持を行え、弾性継手によるいけす枠部材の連結を簡単に行えかつ外洋域での使用を長期間行える養殖いけすを提供する。【解決手段】 フランジが両端部に設けられ剛性が高い管状の複数のいけす枠部材を弾性継手で連結する。弾性継手は、2つのいけす枠部材のフランジ間に各フランジに接触する第1面及び第2面を有しいけす枠に作用する力を伸縮して吸収する天然ゴム、合成ゴム、合成樹脂又はこれら混合物よりなる弾性体と、2つのフランジの表面の周方向の全体に弾性体を固定すべく弾性体にそれぞれ複数配設され一方が引き抜き方向に力を作用させたときに弾性体が伸びるように弾性体に一体に埋設され他方が第1面及び第2面から突出してフランジを貫通して固定部材によって弾性体を固定する第1取付部材及び第2取付部材と、第1取付部材と第2取付部材を弾性体内で移動可能に連結する連結部材とを備える。【選択図】図3
