PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic adapter capable of setting a vial in an appropriate position regardless of the dimensional shape in the height direction in an apparatus for extracting a drug in the vial. SOLUTION: An accommodating portion 32 having a bottom portion 33 and a side wall portion 321 is elastically compressed by a force applied in a direction of contacting the bottom portion 33 and intersecting with an upper surface 33b of the bottom portion 33, and by releasing the force. An elastic adapter is composed of a bottom elastic body 332 that recovers and a peripheral elastic body 31 that is formed in the circumferential direction of the side wall portion 321 and can be elastically deformed and restored in the radial direction of the accommodating portion.
