The present invention relates to a portable massage device. The present invention includes: a handle formed to have a predetermined length first and second massage units connected to one side of the handle and having a first opening in which a first recessed groove is formed, wherein the first massage unit is provided on a surface along a circumferential direction of the first opening and the second massage unit is formed as a rounded surface in a circumferential direction on an outer surface and third and fourth massage units connected to the other side of the handle and having a second opening in which a second recessed groove is formed, wherein the third massage unit is larger in diameter than the first massage unit and is formed on a surface along a circumferential direction of the second opening and the fourth massage unit is formed as a rounded surface in a circumferential direction on an outer surface and is larger in diameter than the second massage unit. The massage device according to the present invention can be easily carried around by a user and the first to fourth massage units can be selectively used depending on the sizes of aching parts.
