The present invention relates to a pillow having massaging means. More specifically, first and second neck pillow parts are formed on both parts of a narrow part. A first pillow part, which has a massaging member, on a surface of the first neck pillow part while a second pillow part is formed on the facing surface of the first pillow part to support the neck part. Third and fourth pillow parts are formed on both surfaces of the second neck pillow part while having different heights. The second to fourth pillow parts have different heights. The first neck pillow part is made of a highly elastic urethane material while the second neck pillow part is made of a soft memory foam material. The massaging member arranged on the pillow can massage the neck and cervical area to relieve fatigue while enabling a user to use the pillow at a desired height in accordance with the degree of fatigue or the body structure of the user by using the second to fourth pillow parts with different heights.
