The present invention provides a method for coating freeze-dried platelets on medical dressing, which is to coat the protected freeze-dried platelets on medical dressing. The coating method includes a coating step for coating the protected platelet solution on the surface of medical dressing and, a freeze-drying step for freeze-drying the medical dressing coated with the platelet solution to freeze-dry the platelet solution coated on the surface of medical dressing as freeze-dried platelets.
