The present invention provides a method of coating freeze-dried platelets on an implant, which is to coat the freeze-dried platelets on an implant. The coating method includes: a coating step for coating the platelet solution onto the surface of an implant and, a freeze-drying step for freeze-drying the platelet solution coated on the surface of the implant as freeze-dried platelets.
