PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular element that satisfies all conditions of making a fine diameter, a long life formation of a product, and improved tensile strength and flexibility.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a tubular element including an inner layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer layer and the like. A section of a strip body 5 constituting the reinforcing layer crossing with a longitudinal direction thereof is a shape of smooth curved lines.
