PURPOSE: A method for reforming the surface of a stent is provided to flatten the surface of a stent coated with biodegradable polymers. CONSTITUTION: A method for reforming the surface of a stent includes the following steps: a coating layer is formed by ultrasonic wave-spraying the mixture of a first biodegradable polymer and chemicals to the surface of a stent; the stent with the coating layer is contacted with a solvent; and the solvent is evaporated at a temperature between 20 and 80 deg C. The stent is made of a metal selected from a group including stainless steel, cobalt-chromium, platinum-chromium, tantalum, titanium, nitinol, gold, platinum, silver, and the alloy of the same. The biodegradable polymer is selected from a group including poly(glycolic acid), poly-L-lactic acid, poly-D-lactic acid, poly-D,L-lactic acid, poly-e-caprolactone, poly lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer, poly-L-lactic acid-e-caprolactone copolymer, poly(ethylene glycol), poly(amino acid), polyanhydride, poly ortho ester, polydioxanone, polyphosphazene, cellulose acetate butylate, cellulose triacetate, and the copolymer of the same.본 발명은 스텐트의 표면 개질 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 구체예에 따른 스텐트의 표면 개질 방법을 사용하면, 생분해성 고분자가 코팅된 스텐트의 표면을 더욱 평활하게 개질시킬 수 있다.
