PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably stop the bleeding from a tissue site during surgery.SOLUTION: A puncture device for endoscope 1 comprises: an outer sheath 2 insertable into the channel of an endoscope an inner sheath 3 inserted advancingly and retreatingly into the outer sheath 2 a needle tube 4 inserted advancingly and retreatingly into the inner sheath 3 and comprising an injection needle which has a liquid feeding opening at its distal end and a pair of forceps pieces 10a, 10b attached to the distal end of the inner sheath 3 and opened or closed by relative advancing or retreating movement of the outer sheath 2 and inner sheath 3, wherein, through the advancing or retreating movement of the needle tube 4 relative to the inner sheath 3, the distal end of the injection needle is moved between a position where the distal end of the injection needle is protruded forward of the distal end of the pair of forceps pieces 10a, 10b and a position where the distal end of the injection needle is retreated proximally, the pair of forceps piece 10a, 10b forms an opening to allow pass-through of the injection needle when the forceps are closed, and the needle tube 4 is provided with a stopper having a horizontal cross section which prevents the injection needle from passing through the opening proximally from the distal end of the injection needle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術中に組織部位から生じた出血を簡易にかつ確実に止血する。【解決手段】内視鏡のチャネル内に挿入可能な外シース2と、該外シース2内に進退可能に挿入された内シース3と、該内シース3内に進退可能に挿入され、先端に送液開口を有する注射針を備える針管4と、内シース3の先端に取り付けられ、外シース2と内シース3との相対的な進退動作によって開閉する一対の鉗子片10a,10bとを備え、内シース3に対する針管4の相対的な進退動作によって、注射針の先端が、鉗子片10a,10bの先端よりも前方に突出した位置と基端側に引っ込んだ位置との間で移動させられ、鉗子片10a,10bが、閉状態において、注射針を通過可能な開口部を形成し、針管4に、注射針の先端よりも基端側に、開口部を通過できない横断面形状を有するストッパが設けられている内視鏡用穿刺デバイス1を提供する。【選択図】図1
