PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection needle assembly and a medicine injection device capable of preventing a user from being punctured inadvertently with a needle tip of a needle tube after the administration of medicine or at the disposal thereof.SOLUTION: An injection needle assembly 2 includes a needle tube 5, a first member 11, a second member 12, an engagement part 17, a provisional engagement part 33, and an energization member 7. The second member 12 is supported by the first member 11 so as to move to a preparation position prior to puncturing of the needle tube 5, a puncture position where a needle tip 5A of the needle tube 5 is exposed, and a storage position where the periphery of the needle tip 5A of the needle tube 5 is covered and the needle tip 5A of the needle tube 5 is stored.
