The first wall is where the lamp is attached, the second wall is spaced from the first wall closer to the patient, and the lamps are relatively concave. The second wall includes a reflective surface facing the patient and the plurality of light apertures are aligned substantially aligned with the LED on the first wall to deliver a lamp radiation from the lamp to the user. The lamp and associated circuit elements are disposed between the first wall and the second wall such that the reflective surface is relatively smooth and seamless to the patient. The wall has rigid rigidity to provide flexible adjustability to the user.
