PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device for a plant capable of illuminating a cultivation greenhouse with inexpensive facilities and without requiring a light source of a large quantity of light, and also preventing an illumination light from leaking from the cultivation greenhouse.SOLUTION: The lighting device includes a linear light emitter 30 directly disposed on a culture medium where the plant is planted.
