PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge nozzle facilitating holding cream on a surface region of confectionery or a confectionery replica, and further improving a yield of a product.SOLUTION: A cream discharge nozzle 50 includes a plurality of holes 53a and 54a penetrating into the thickness direction and discharging cream 15 to the outside. The cream discharge nozzle 50 is such that: the plurality of holes 53a and 54a form in the surface of the cream discharge nozzle 50, a plurality of linear, curved or polygonal hole lines 53 and 54 in which closest holes 53a and 54a are arranged at an interval H shorter than a radius (G/2) of the holes 53a and 54a the hole lines 53 and 54 are arranged with the holes 53a and 54a so as to cross in a zigzag state mainly on the line in the direction of travel and an average interval between at least the two hole lines 53 and 54 is formed longer than a diameter G of the holes 53a and 54a.
