PURPOSE: A mushroom growing device is provided to efficiently utilize space of mushroom farm and to facilitate cultivation. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rods (310) hold mushroom planting containers. Supporting parts (320) isolate and fix the plurality of rods. Cultivation frames (330) isolate the supporting parts from the ground and fix the same. The supporting parts are multiple and the plurality of supporting parts are laminated on the cultivation frames. The plurality of supporting parts is integrally coupled and is movably combined in the cultivation frame and moves on the cultivation frame by a driving unit. Grooves are formed in the rods with a predetermined interval.
