An apparatus for growing Yu Lai mushroom, which comprises a cultivation room, a platform, a temperature regulator and an air-feeding unit. The cultivation room has a cultivation space inside, and culture solution was loaded within the cultivation space. The platform is received in the cultivation space, and a plurality of through holes communicates a upper face and a lower face of the platform. The temperature regulator, connected with the cultivation room, enables control over the temperature of culture solution. The air-feeding unit has a bubble tube, which is received in the cultivation space, between the lower face of the platform and a bottom surface of the cultivation room, and with a plurality of air vents. Accordingly, the present invention improves the convenience in product gathering and control over the temperature, and saves space for growing.
