A process for preparing granules, comprising the steps of: a) produce an emulsion soderzhascheyi) active substance ii) a water-soluble biopolymer having a molecular weight below 100 kDa and devoid of emulsifying ability iii) solid particles which are insoluble in water and iv) water b) spray drying the emulsion prepared in step a) in order to obtain granuly.2. A method according to Claim. 1, wherein the active substance comprises at least 90 wt. % Relative to the total weight of the active agent compounds having a logP of at least 1.3. A method according to Claim. 1, wherein the active ingredient is a flavor or fragrance veschestvo.4. A method according to claim. 3, wherein the flavoring agent is used in an amount of from 5 to 67 wt. % Relative to the total weight emulsii.5. A method according to Claim. 1, wherein the water-soluble biopolymer selected from polysaccharides, oligosaccharides and disaharidov.6. A method according to Claim. 1, wherein the water-soluble biopolymer is used in an amount of from 10 to 70 wt. % Relative to the total weight emulsii.7.
