The present invention relates to a portable cooling pack using a phase change material, of which the size is reduced to be easy to carry and preserve and to be easily usable, and which enables a user to easily and conveniently freeze the phase change material thereof to wanted temperatures and also continuously maintains the frozen state for a long time, thereby enabling the user to feel coolness for a long time as the body temperature of the user falls by coming into contact with the body of the user. To this end, the present invention comprises: a cooling cell unit forming a plurality of cells in which the phase change material is embedded and having a structure of spacing the cells from each other at regular intervals； a pack reinforcing member coupled to the back side of the cooling cell unit to reinforce the thickness of the back side of the cooling cell unit； and an outer pack cover member coupled to the back side of the pack reinforcing member.본 발명은 상변화물질을 이용한 휴대용 쿨링팩에 관한 것으로서, 쿨링팩의 사이즈를 줄여 휴대 및 보관이 용이함은 물론 손쉽게 사용가능할 뿐만 아니라 상기 쿨링팩의 상변화물질을 원하는 온도로 손쉽고 용이하게 얼림은 물론 상기 얼려진 상태를 장시간 동안 지속적으로 유지하여 사람의 신체에 접촉되는 쿨링팩에 의해 체온을 내림에 따라 오랫동안 시원함을 느낄 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 상변화물질이 내장된 복수 개의 셀이 형성됨과 함께 상기 복수 개의 셀이 서로 일정 간격으로 이격된 구조를 갖는 쿨링셀부； 상기 쿨링셀부의 배면에 결합되어 상기 쿨링셀부 배면의 두께를 보강하기 위한 팩보강부재； 상기 팩보강부재의 배면에 결합되는 팩외피부재；로 구성된 것이다.
