PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measuring sensitivity in a sensitivity test of an ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: A sensitivity testing device (1000) includes a body (1100) enabling ultrasonic propagation, a first gel layer (1010) provided on a first plane (1002) of the body and a second gel layer (1020) provided on a second plane (1004), and the first gel layer is protected by a protective sheet (1030). A probe (1060) of a device (1040) to be inspected is brought into contact with the protective sheet (1030). A diaphragm (1050) as a standard reflector contacts with the second gel layer and the diaphragm is connected to a driving part (1052). While driven by the driving part (1052), the diaphragm reflects an ultrasonic wave transmitted from the probe and generates a Doppler signal.
