PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe and a photoacoustic measuring device capable of suppressing the effect of noise from the light source unit side.SOLUTION: The probe includes: a signal connector 50 which comprises a terminal part 45 connected to an acoustic signal line 44 and a connector shield 63 and a protective pipe for protecting an optical fiber, the protective pipe comprising a first protective pipe 48 for protecting an optical fiber in the section from an optical connector to the signal connector 50 and a second protective pipe 49 for protecting an optical fiber in the section from the signal connector 50 to the probe body. The first protective pipe 48 is made from a conductive material, and the second protective pipe 49 is made from a nonconductive material. The connector shield 63 is connected to the ground of an ultrasonic unit, and the first protective pipe 49 is connected to the ground of a laser unit.
