The present invention relates to an apparatus for discharging and treating odors from the lower abdomen of a patient. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for discharging and treating odors from the lower abdomen of a patient which is placed around the lower abdomen underneath a blanket and absorbs the odors generated around the lower abdomen by means of a vacuum suction and a discharge hose so as to eliminate the odors from the lower abdomen of a seriously ill patient who is lying on a bed and covered with the blanket. The apparatus for discharging and treating odors from the lower abdomen of a patient which is placed around the lower abdomen of patient lying on a bed and covered with the blanket comprises: an upper cover made of a non-permeable material and having an opening formed at the center thereof a porous intermediate member seated inside the lower portion of the upper cover and sealing the odors generated around the lower abdomen of the patient and a mesh net member seated inside the lower portion of the intermediate member and having a hole larger than the porous member.
