PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for improved treatment of a damaged tissue.SOLUTION: There are provided a method and a device for treatment of a damaged tissue including treatment of a wound by employing a pressure reduction treatment device 100 to which power is supplied in a non-electric manner. While minimizing discomfort felt by a user, pressure lower than atmospheric pressure may be maintained and controlled by such a device. The device may be configured to be worn under a clothing so that the device is inconspicuous. The pressure reduction treatment device comprises a suction device 101, a sealant layer 103, a contact matrix, and an optional extension pipe 102.
