PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable paper diaper for eliminating the clearance from a body thereby to prevent urine or loose passage from leaking out.SOLUTION: An absorbent body 10 is jointed, at least at a junction area 30 along a peripheral edge of an absorber 13, to an exterior sheet 20, and is formed with a non-junction area 31 on the inner side of the junction area 30. Elastic extension members 25, 25 and so on arranged at least on the back side (or on the side of a back body B) are arranged to extend into the non-junction area 31.
