PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper for enhancing the adhesion to an abdominal side skin thereby to prevent leakage from the abdominal side.SOLUTION: An absorbent body 10 is jointed, at least at a junction area 30 along a peripheral edge of an absorber 13, to an exterior sheet 20, and is formed with a non-junction area 31 on the inner side of the junction area 30. Elastic members 25 and so on, which are arranged on an abdominal side, are arranged to extend in the non-junction area 31, and an elastic member 25 arranged in a diaper longitudinal end side is more inactivated in elasticity in a narrow inactivation region 33 than the elastic member 25 arranged on the center side of a diaper longitudinal direction, at a center portion in a diaper width direction.
