PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-dose powder inhaler which is easy to manufacture, cost-effective, and easy to use, and has improved in terms of deagglomeration of contained powder and complete emptying of powder. SOLUTION: The inhaler housing 1 has a housing portion 1 in which at least one drug chamber 11 having a dose of powdered drug is formed, and the inhaler housing 1 has an outlet opening 13'and a drug chamber 11. It has an outlet duct 13 extending from the outlet to the outlet opening 13'. The outlet duct 13 is advantageously formed in the housing portion 1. The housing portion 1 is also formed with an air inlet opening 12'on the side of the drug chamber 11 facing away from the outlet opening 13'and an inlet duct 12, and the inlet duct 12 is an air inlet opening.
