The inhaler (100) comprises an inlet (101) and an outlet, wherein a communication between said inlet (101) and said outlet (102) comprises a dose communication (107) in a dose administering position. A first medicament reservoir (109) for housing a dry powder first medicament and a second medicament reservoir (110) for housing a dry powder second medicament is further provided. A dosage mechanism (104, 108) is provided for withdrawing an inhaler metered dose of the dry powder in the first and second medicament reservoirs (109, 110) in a dose collecting position from the reservoirs (109, 110) into said dosage communication (107) in the dose administering position. A method for preparing a dose is also provided.
