With the present invention a procedure and a device (1) is introduced to the controlled Kardio pulmonalen resuscitation which is able to be able to carry out a quickly and uncomplicated resuscitation of a human body with cardiac arrest. The geometrical magnitudes of the device (1) lie possibly between 10 and 20 centimeters in the diameter and approx. 6 to 12 centimeters by the height. In the application a mechanical pressure (K) which generates a signal discernible with human organs (S3 S3" with achievement of a maximum strength exercise (Kmax)) is exercised on the pressure transference means (2).
