PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for a tooth surface cleaning tool in which a risk of a melamine sponge being an abutment part with a tooth surface to fall off can greatly be decreased in the tooth surface cleaning and the replacement of a melamine sponge portion is easy, and provide the tooth surface cleaning tool using the same.SOLUTION: An attachment 30 for a tooth surface cleaning tool is used for the tooth surface cleaning tool 10 by connecting it to a handle 20.
