PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool capable of effectively removing stains from an object.SOLUTION: A resin cleaning part is attached to a cleaning part of an electric rotary toothbrush so as to significantly effectively remove stains from teeth. A cleaning tool 11 comprises: a base body 1 a cleaning part 3 a support part 5 for rotatably fitting the cleaning part 3 to the base body 1 and a drive part 7 for rotatingly driving the support part 5. The cleaning part 3 is formed of a resin foam. An example of the cleaning tool 11 is a cleaning tool (a toothbrush) for teeth.
