PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypochlorous acid aqueous solution capable of suppressing decrease in a function of a device such as a humidifier that condenses a liquid retained therein, when the aqueous solution is used for the device, and capable of suppressing decrease in effects of sterilizing and deodorizing.SOLUTION: A sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution 16 contains, as raw materials, sodium hypochlorite retained in a sodium hypochlorite retaining part 7, an acid retained in a hydrochloric acid retaining part 9, and treated water 4 (excluding city water), and shows a pH of 5 to 7.
