The present invention relates to a pocket (10) for medical use comprising three compartments (11, 12, 13), and having a compartment (11) containing a solvent, a compartment (12) containing a solute and a compartment (13) containing a solvent, the compartment (12) containing a solute being separated from the two other compartments (11, 13) by tongs (14, 15), the opening of which allows liquid to flow by gravity, and in that, when the opening of one of said clamps (14, 15) and under the effect of pressure, the liquid contained in a compartment is propelled to another compartment. The present invention also relates to a method of using a pocket 10 for medical use comprising three compartments 11, 12, 13.
